VIS Run Club
Vis Runclub was founded for the gym’s members to improve their running, train for road races, learn about all things running (physiology, injuries, running form, drills, footwear, nutrition, etc.) and have a great time. This is a free resource available to unlimited members.
When trained correctly, running daily or multiple times per week is a fulfilling experience which will make you feel satisfied, refreshed and ready to ‘come back for more’. Vis Runclub espouses these values – run smart and run fun. Vis Runclub’s core training principle is to train at current fitness level to achieve peak race performance.
